* Norway is a puppet of Denmark (this is why Denmark's name on the map is in Norway) France does not have cores in areas outside of today's France. * France controls the French part of Switzerland and the entire left bank of the Rhine. If their ranks are below #8 then they start in France's sphere * Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Whales, Ireland, Scotland, and England are all democracies.
* Spain and France have the capital ships that they historically lost at the Battle of Trafalgar added to their OOBs, so both nations will have a stronger naval presence. * The UK is divided into its 4 component states * France has a free CB it can use to turn a European nation into a democracy. European democracies with good relations with France will join the EU. * France can become the European Union if it is a democracy and has researched Revolution & Counterrevolution. * Life ratings in the British Columbia region reduced to prevent Russia from colonizing that area right away This will allow Britannia to aggressively expand. * When Britannia has researched Romanticism and has 80 prestige it can fire a decision that gives it cores in all of Canada and today's US, and gives it a free CB to conquer any nation with a capital in the Americas. I see this as denying the Europeans naval bases to invade Britannia, and could see this happening in the context of the Revolutionary Wave taking place in Europe. * Britannia controls any Caribbean colonies that didn't revolt. US cores retained in the areas covered by the 13 colonies when the revolution occurred. * Britannia exists where the US and Canada used to be at this point in OTL. * Spain's colonies revolt as in OTL, including Cuba and Puerto Rico
